Monica Victorino is an entrepreneur, educator, speaker, and strategist with more than 20 years of experience spanning human resources, talent strategy, employer brand, inclusion, employee experiences, business transformation, and creating experiences that help people and ideas move forward.

Today, Monica brings together strategy, creativity, technology, and care to help people and organizations navigate change, solve problems, and move meaningful ideas forward.
She is also an AI Compliance Architect and brings a human-centered lens to responsible innovation and emerging technology.

She is a creative at heart, a natural connector, a woman of faith, and a longtime wellness advocate who believes how we live matters just as much as what we build.
She loves movement, music, bringing people together, exploring new technology, creating meaningful experiences, and finding ways to turn an idea that starts with “What if?” into “Look what we built.”
Monica is married and a proud dog mom to two fur babies who make sure her calendar includes plenty of walks.
